I love streetwear, but I love sneakers more. With that being said, I am excited to report that Nike and Levi's have decided to team up for a sweet skateboarding line. This upcoming collaboration has brought the two sides together once again to deliver a magnificent product. Levi's has collaborated with Nike's Air Jordan brand in the past for a boxset. The boxset included a pair of denim Jordan 1's, a t-shirt, and a pair of jeans that had the famous Jordan cement print on the inside of the jeans. This pattern can be seen when the jeans are rolled up. This collaboration is a bit different, there is no boxset, but instead seperate pieces. The pieces are as follows. Two pairs of shoes (the Omar Salazar LR ($85 US) and the Nike Dunk Low Pro (98$ US), a Trucker Skateboarding jacket ($100 US), and two different styles of the 511 denim (Made In the USA 511 Skateboarding Edition ($198 US) and the 511 Skateboarding ($98 US). Both pairs of jeans will come in different colors and washes and will also feature Nikes Dri-Fit technology along with Levi's waterless finishing process.
The Omar Salazar LR and the USA 511 Skateboarding Team Edition will release on July 4th, and the rest of the collection will drop on August 1st.
