Since its inception in 2000, MUTEK has been one of the most exciting avant-garde congregation for the digital arts. Reputed internationally, the festival is made up of an assortment of panels, workshops, interviews (conducted by The Wire and RA), presentations, concerts, and audio-visual performances (for the entire conference schedule, click here). In addition, they present the North American festival debut of the CINECHAMBER where a dozen of artists are invited to operate 10 screens mounted on all four walls, creating an entirely immersive experience at the Excentris. Most exciting of all are the performance events - from the Nocturne presentations where we'll be forced to run back and forth between the RBMA and main stages, to the outdoor shows taking place during the day for free!
