Indie goddess Feist has collaborated with Atlanta heavy metal act Mastodon to produce a cover of the other’s songs. Baptized under the name Feistodon, Feist’s cover is surreal and sludgy, not to mention completely creepy. Featuring heavily distorted guitars and dismal, gloomy percussion, her take on Black Tongue transcends both indie and metal, leaving fans of both surprised and satisfied.
