Andre Tegeler, better known as Moguai, released his newest album, Mpire this week. The German artist has been doing a lot of work these past couple of years after being named best breakthrough artist 10 years ago. After signing with Deadmau5's label Maustrap, the man has been trying to crack up the ranks of the DJ world.
